Wie lehrt man Lehrkräfte lernunterstützend zu lehren? Empirische Befunde zur universitären Lehrkräftebildung im Bereich adaptiver Lernunterstützung im kompetenzorientierten Mathematikunterricht

Dealing with heterogeneous learning groups is becoming increasingly important in practice. The concept of adaptive learning support can offer a suitable approach here. At the Leuphana University Lüneburg, the concept of adaptive learning support, practical approaches for subject teaching, and the promotion of this in the context of teacher education were addressed in an interdisciplinary manner within the framework of the so called Zukunftszentrum Lehrkräftebildung (Future Centre for Teacher Training). In addition to this conceptual outline of adaptive learning support and competence in adaptive teaching as a part of it, an example for the promotion of adaptive teaching competence from the subject mathematics including evaluation results is presented in this paper. Here, especially the performance-related competencies can be highlighted as a difficulty in the promotion in teacher education.
