Heterogenitätssensible Hochschullehre: Einsatz einer Differenzierungsmatrix

Dieser Beitrag stellt ein hochschuldidaktisches Konzept – die Differenzierungsmatrix (DiffM) – dar, das Dozierende beim Umgang mit studentischer Heterogenität unterstützen und binnendifferenzierte Unterrichtsgestaltung für Lehramtsstudierende erfahrbar machen soll. Die DiffM wurde in einem bildungswissenschaftlichen Seminar der Friedrich?Schiller?Universität Jena erprobt und fragebogengestützt bei 203 Lehramtsstudierenden evaluiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Lernenden die Berücksichtigung ihres Vorwissens positiv einschätzen und die DiffM als einen konstruktiven Impuls für die eigene Unterrichtsgestaltung wahrnehmen.
