An awareness of opportunities and risks is created in an exchange of interests and communication processes and is expressed as conflict and cooperation. Topics such as the design of stakeholder-oriented sustainability management, corporate volunteering, corporate citizenship and CSR are studied to better understand their potential as well as the possibilities available to develop these concepts.
