The authors regret that there are errors on pp. 5340 and 5344. On p. 5340 (Section 4, paragraph 1), the fourth line from the bottom should read as “emissions stabilization scenarios (Fig. 2)”, and the last line should read as “GDP increases (Fig. 3).” On p. 5344 (line 11), there should be a centred dot before the opening parenthesis in the equation beginning “CItr=”.
