In this paper, we consider the multiple stage chain where agents order, produce and distribute goods while considering uncertainties of customers' behaviour. Generally, those operational risks result in undesirable effects of the supply chain, e. g. bullwhip effects. We model the problem in terms of system dynamics which seems adequate for a process-oriented perspective where time is a decisive factor.
