Description

FoodLabHome addresses food waste (LMA) as an important but largely neglected cause of greenhouse gas emissions through an innovative and participatory educational intervention. Students:from different types of schools explore the occurrence and climate relevance of LMA in their households, develop effective intervention strategies, and make a measurable contribution to climate protection by reducing LMA.
