Computer Simulations in Design. How Social Media meet Computational Methods in Design Processes

Activity: Talk or presentationGuest lecturesEducation

Martin Warnke - Speaker

Three developments shape nowaday’s way to design, produce and distribute goods as garments. It the ubiquity of social media on mobile devices, the technology of augmented reality and design processes that convey the customers the opportunity to influence fashion design by their taste and choice.
The disruptive potentials of this combination of techniques is shown along with societal issues like privacy and data protection.
