A high e-health service quality is seen as a prerequisite for the use of e-health services. To date, however, there is a lack of clarity regarding the facets of the concept. The present paper addresses this research gap. The purpose is to develop a measurement scale for the quality of e-health services. The empirical findings show that e-health service quality consists of six dimensions: availability, speed of delivery, information quality, individualization, ease of use, and security of the e-health service. Providers of e-health services can utilize the developed scale for the evaluation and improvement of their services.
