N2 - This paper describes a case study which enables students of Business Informatics and Economics to jointly develop an Order2Cash Process from modelling to implementation. The developed teaching materials use a practical example to show how known B2B processes can be integrated within an universal business process management system. Special focus has been given to the goal of making the economic processes as realistic as possible. Anintroduction to the technologies used (modelling software, ARIS toolset, workflow management system, SAP Business Workflow and the SAP Exchange Infrastructure) is a key component of this case study.
