Only few studies about the relevance of informal settings at universities for Global Education have been published so far, whereas much more attention is paid to the integration of Global Education into formal teaching. At the University of Lüneburg a day of action "Campus Global" was initiated in the context of the project "Sustainable University". As an example, this day of action shows the potential of locations and occasions of informal education at universities for Global Education.
