N2 - Research question: Under which conditions do Chinese employees voice their observations, thoughts, and ideas towards Western managers in international companies in Mainland China? Methodology: Grounded theory and action research – two series of interviews, brainstorming sessions, analysis of company data, observations in specific company context in China.
