In this workshop we would like to share a proposal to handle a variety of aspects of the Spanish Business World that aims to connect emotions and senses within the class and that respects different learning styles at the same time. Our main goal is to give students the chance to experience, practise and process new knowledge by connecting it with previous concepts and experiences using the Project-based Learning method as well as the Multisensorial Approach. We also aspire to make them reflect about their own learning process and different techniques in order to access to new information more easily and to make it memorable.

Productos is the title of the learning unit we use as a thematic frame for an educational experience that takes students on a journey into the world of chocolate. With this lesson plan, they will investigate about its history and its industrial production process and they will have the opportunity to enjoy the final product during a professional tasting.
