Description

The world of media is undergoing major changes. The Internet is blurring the boundaries between production and reception of moving images. The “traditional” television seems to be losing importance.

The Moving Image Lab (MIL) analyzed the changes underway in participation and organizational processes that are associated with interactive communication platforms of the new media and of new forms of moving image production. Based on these research results moving image formats were developed in the field of civil society as well as in the field of trade and commerce, presented in fictional, semi-fictional, docutainment and merely documentary formats.
