Supply Chains oder Lieferketten sind viel beachtete und oft praktizierte Unternehmensformen, die im Vergleich zu traditionellen Strukturen eine Reihe von Vorteilen aufweisen. Ein Supply Chain Management erfordert allerdings besondere Maßnahmen, die sich aus der Zusammenarbeit von rechtlich selbständigen Partnern ergeben. In diesem Buch wird anhand von Verhaltensexperimenten und Simulationsstudien untersucht, welche Maßnahmen geeignet sind, Supply Chains auf Dauer als Alternative zu hierarchisch strukturierten Unternehmen zu etablieren.
