Sachstrukturierte Übungen stellen neben anderen Formaten ein produktives Übungsformat im Mathematikunterricht dar. Die vorhandenen Strukturen des Situationskontextes liefern ein „natürliches“ Übungsfeld. Das Interesse an der Sache motiviert die Kinder nicht nur zum Üben, sondern durch den mathematischen Blick auf die Sache kann das Sachwissen sowohl genutzt als auch erweitert werden.
