Organisation profile

Das Institut für Nachhaltigkeitssteuerung (INSUGO) betreibt wissenschaftliche Forschung, akademische Lehre und Praxistransfer zu Themen der öffentlichen Nachhaltigkeitssteuerung.
Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage: Durch welche öffentlichen Institutionen und Regelungssysteme kann das normative Ziel der Nachhaltigkeit in einer komplexen und pluralen Gesellschaft erreicht werden?
Die Mitglieder des Instituts stützen sich dabei auf Konzepte und Methoden der Fachgebiete Nachhaltige Landschaftsentwicklung, Nachhaltigkeitsökonomie, Nachhaltigkeitspolitik, Umweltrecht sowie Umweltplanung.
