Professorship for Process Measurement Technology and Intelligent Systems
Organisational unit: Professoship
Topics
The Chair of Process Metrology and Intelligent Systems is concerned with automation technologies, methods and systems for improving the quality of life (food, breathing air, medicine) and safety (automotive, fire protection), measurement methods and techniques, sensors (also based on nanofibers), multi-sensor systems and corresponding microsystems, including intelligent applications in production (innovative processing methods), process monitoring for faultless production ("zero defect manufacturing"), and X-ray detection systems for basic research in QED.
