The intelligent Factory for individualized Production and Logistics (IFIPro) provides a modular environment to experience the impact of customized products. Every machine has a defined set of skills the players can use to manufacture their own product. Guided by a decentral scheduling algorithm, players and products take the possible path through the production process and try to minimize their time in system.
