Herz­lich will­kom­men am In­sti­tut für Per­for­mance Ma­nage­ment (IPM). An­ge­sie­delt an der Schnitt­stel­le von Wis­sen­schaft und Pra­xis ver­ste­hen wir uns als in­no­va­ti­ve For­schungs­ein­rich­tung, zielführen­des Wei­ter­bil­dungs­an­ge­bot für Pro­fes­sio­nals und star­ker Part­ner der Wirt­schaft auf al­len Ebe­nen des er­folg­rei­chen Leis­tungs­ma­nage­ments in Un­ter­neh­men und Or­ga­ni­sa­tio­nen mit dem Ziel der ste­ten Leis­tungs- und der Wett­be­werbsfähig­keit auf or­ga­ni­sa­tio­na­ler, Führungs- und persönli­cher Ebe­ne durch die An­wen­dung spe­zi­fi­scher Führungs- und Managementsys­te­me.

Main research areas

Performance Management ist die systematische und multidimensionale Leistungssteuerung in Unternehmen mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen und strategisch ausgerichteten Qualitäts- und Unternehmensentwicklung. Dabei geht es um ein ganzheitliches Verständnis von Performance Management, das folgende drei Bereiche umfasst: Organizational Performance Management (wertorientierte Planungs- und strategische Steuerungsprozesse), Human Performance Management (Wertschöpfung durch Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -führung) sowie Personal Performance Management (Ausschöpfung der eigenen Potenziale). 

Performance Management bedeutet, Menschen, Unternehmen sowie sich selbst zum Erfolg zu führen.

Schwer­punkt­the­men un­se­rer For­schung sind auf or­ga­ni­sa­tio­na­ler Ebe­ne der Be­reich Di­gi­ta­liza­t­i­on & Or­ga­niza­t­io­nal Per­for­mance, auf Führungs­ebe­ne der Be­reich Lea­dership & Hu­man Per­for­mance, und auf persönli­cher Ebe­ne der Be­reich Coa­ching & Per­so­nal Per­for­mance. 

Die wis­sen­schaft­li­che Lei­tung al­ler For­schungs­ak­ti­vitäten trägt Prof. Dr. Sabine Remdisch.
