Angesiedelt an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Praxis verstehen wir uns als innovative Forschungseinrichtung, zielführendes Weiterbildungsangebot für Professionals und starker Partner der Wirtschaft auf allen Ebenen des erfolgreichen Leistungsmanagements in Unternehmen und Organisationen mit dem Ziel der steten Leistungs- und der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf organisationaler, Führungs- und persönlicher Ebene durch die Anwendung spezifischer Führungs- und Managementsysteme.
