    Lehrerinnen und Lehrer haben seit 2014/15 eine neue Aufgabe: Sie unterstützen als Mentorin und Mentor die Studierenden in ihrem Praktikum. Im sogenannten Praxisblock führen die Studierenden Unterrichtssequenzen durch und sammeln in ihrer Praktikumsschule Erfahrungen in allen Arbeitsbereichen, die zum Berufsfeld einer Lehrkraft gehören (Schulleben, Gremienarbeit, Ganztag etc.). Um die Mentorinen und Mentoren auf Ihr neuen Aufgaben und neue Rolle vorzubereiten bietet das Zukunftszentrum Lehrerbildung der Leuphana eine dreitägige Fortbildungsreihe ProMentoring an.
