Carolin Schuster - Speaker
In this presentation, the concern that project partners do not follow contract prescriptions for documentation is addressed from a social psychological perspective. Conditions that can affect intentions to comply are analyzed based on the theory of planned behavior and social learning theory. In addition, opportunities and limitations for changing attitudes towards the contract procedure are outlined based on the elaboration likelihood model and cognitive dissonance theory.
