Bei dem Versuch, ihre logistische Performance gegenüber ihren Kunden nachhaltig zu verbessern, treffen Unternehmen häufig Entscheidungen, die lediglich der Symptombekämpfung dienen und nicht die eigentlichen Problemursachen beseitigen. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Konzept zur quantitativen Ursachenanalyse vorgestellt, das insbesondere mittelständische Unternehmen bei der Ableitung effektiver Maßnahmen zur Steigerung ihrer logistischen Leistung unterstützt.
