Network Science untersucht und beschreibt die Sammlung, das Management, die Analyse, die Interpretation und die Präsentation relationaler Daten aus unterschiedlichsten Anwendungsgebieten, wie z.B.  sozialen Netzwerken, Transportnetzwerken, ökonomischen Netzwerken und Zitationsnetzwerken.

Forschungsschwerpunkte

Im Mittelpunkt der Forschungsaktivitäten stehen Forschungsfragen aus dem Bereich der Integration betrieblicher Anwendungssysteme. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Integration ökologischer Kennzahlen in traditionelle ERP-Prozesse.
