Unser Forschungsvorhaben hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Auswirkungen der Organisationsform Ganztagsschule auf Qualität und Quantität der Gleichaltrigenbeziehungen und damit vermittelt auf die Entwicklung der sozialen und emotionalen Kompetenzen der Schülerschaft zu untersuchen. Die Peer- und Freundschaftsbeziehungen werden dabei vor allem als Quellen sozialer Unterstützung und als Umfeld betrachtet, in dem die Entwicklung von sozialen und emotionalen Kompetenzen voranschreiten kann.
