Bundestag beschließt neues Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetz: Am 13.6.2024 hat der Bundestag eine Neufassung des Kapitalanleger Musterverfahrensgesetzes (KapMuG) beschlossen. Zugleich wurde das Gesetz entfristet und somit dauerhaft in den Bestand des deutschen Zivilprozessrechts übernommen.
