A connecting device is connected with an electrical deformation device, a thermal deformation device and a nano-fiber dimensional change acquisition device. The nano-fibers comprise notches at predetermined positions material attenuation i.e. material omission. The nano-fiber is made of plastic, biopolymer, electro active polymer e.g. electrostrictive-, piezoelectric-, dielectric-, magnetostrictive polymer, metal, metal oxides, ceramics or glasses and electrical spinning. An independent claim is also included for a sleeve including a structure.
