N2 - The study showcases a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation at a delivery firm. The delivery firm searches a venture capital partner to finance its strategic growth. Students should discuss in how far non-financial goals and sustainability management make the firm more attractive to external shareholders. Furthermore, the proposed pilot for the BSC as well as its suggested implementation processes should be critically evaluated. There are many opportunities to discuss controversial issues on corporate purpose.
