With the NCS the computer gets the role of an intermediary object for the visualization of relationship- and role-networks. With a mouse click the screen or the projection with a projector become the "stage" of creative action in shaping Social and Cultural atoms. In counselling and therapy the resulting networks serve as a means first for the situation analysis and then for a continuous evaluation during a circular problem-solving process. Depending on the problem there are many possible applications: simultaneous juxtaposition on the screen of actual and planned network states, comparative networks of different meetings or of different perceptions within a couple counselling etc. While designing the network the computer (i.e. the software) is a tool that can be used creatively, but it is the comunicative attitude between advisers and clients, which characterizes the relationship.
