N2 - Efforts to safeguard employee health, both physical and mental, have a long tradition in Europe, North America, and beyond, and they remain topical in light of ongoing changes to the workplace. In light of the relevance of the topic, the editors briefly introduce health at work as an interdisciplinary field of study as well as the contributions to this volume. This introduction outlines the structure of the volume, opening with contributions concerned with organizational culture, followed by leadership, public and private policies promoting occupational health, and concluding with evidence-based interventions for occupational health.
