- Essien, Iniobong (Project manager, academic)
Description
The overarching goal of the project is to introduce ideology as a macro-level psychological construct to examine whether specific ideologies shared within regions are linked to real-world racial disparities in life outcomes. The project focuses on social dominance orientation, which has thus far not been studied as a regional-level construct to study real-world disparities.
