Die Professur für Öffentliches Recht, Europäisches und Internationales Recht sowie Kartell- und Regulierungsrecht beschäftigt sich im Bereich Öffentliches Recht mit Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht, Wirtschaftsverwaltungs-, Kartell- und Regulierungsrecht, Staatshaftungsrecht, allg. Verfahrensrecht, Europäisierung des nationalen Staats- und Verwaltungsrechts sowie mit Rohstoffrecht. Im Bereich Europäisches Recht widmet sich die Professur Themen wie Europäisches Verfassungsrecht, Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht (insb. Kartell- und Regulierungsrecht, Gemeinsame Handelspolitik, Zollrecht), Europäisches Verwaltungsrecht sowie Außenbeziehungen und im Bereich Internationales Recht Themen wie Wirtschaftsvölkerrecht bzw. Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht (insb. WTO-Recht und Internationales Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrecht), Investitionsschutzrecht, State Immunity sowie Internationales Verwaltungsrecht.
