Das Bestandsmanagement eines Unternehmens steht vor der zentralen logistischen Herausforderung, die Verfügbarkeit der vom Kunden gewünschten Artikel zum geplanten Zeitpunkt sicherzustellen. Gleichzeitig müssen wirtschaftliche Gesichtspunkte berücksichtigt werden. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein Ansatz zur dynamischen, zukunftsorientierten Disposition von Lagerbeständen vorgestellt, der die Schwächen vorhandener statischer Ansätze beheben soll.
