Wie können Schüler*innen, Lehrkräfte und Schulleitungen beim Kompetenzerwerb unterstützt werden? Wie wichtig sind Übungsgelegenheiten und Feedback durch Expert*innen und Peers für den Kompetenzerwerb? Wie können video- und onlinebasierte Ansätze lerneffektiv in der Lehrkräftebildung eingesetzt werden?

Mit diesen und ähnlichen Fragen beschäftigen wir uns am Arbeitsbereich Schulpädagogik und Schulentwicklung.

Forschungsschwerpunkte

- Videobasierte, allgemeindidaktische Unterrichtsforschung (Schwerpunkt kognitive Aktivierung, fächerübergreifende Aufgabenanalyse)

- Einsatz von Unterrichtsvideos in der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen
