Das Deutsche Institut für Normung hat 2019 die DIN ISO 30414 zum Human Capital Reporting veröffentlicht. Das Problem: In der Praxis wissen das bisher nur wenige. Eine Studie der Universität Lüneburg zeigt, wie die Richtlinie besser bekannt gemacht und Hürden bei der Anwendung beseitigt werden können. Daraus wurden Erfolgsfaktoren für eine breite Etablierung der Norm abgeleitet.
