The Complementary Studies (CS) invite students of any subject specialization at Bachelor's level to familiarize with other scientific fields of knowledge. The chapter will explain how Leuphana University moves beyond multi- or cross-disciplinarity by adding an inter- and transdisciplinary perspective to the classical branches of sciences (humanities, social and natural sciences).
