Description

The EU-project University Educators for Sustainable Development involves 55 higher education partners from 33 European countries. The project aims to produce strategic guidance for universities to foster Education for Sustainable Development innovation in the academic practice and curriculum through identifying and creating opportunities for university educators to develop ESD competences through professional development. The ultimate goal is to ensure that university educators have the competences and skills to prepare students for addressing sustainability within their professional work and personal lives. This will be ensured by identifying current practices, developing educational resources and establishing an academy to professionally support university educators and researchers.
