The continuing education programme Fellowship Sustainability Management was developed in cooperation with InWEnt, an educational and development organisation, and is aimed at specialists and managers from developing countries. The goal of the programme is to provide practice-oriented knowledge about sustainability management together with the skills needed to integrate ecological, social and economic dimensions in their organisations and home countries. In order to achieve this goal, the participants acquire the following qualifications: learning and developing specialist knowledge about sustainability and corporate sustainability management, establishing personal relationships and developing networks, developing the competence to carry out inter- and transdisciplinary work. This distance-learning course was implemented on the basis of introductory modules of the MBA programme in Sustainability Management and has been adapted to the special conditions of countries in the southern hemisphere. After completion of this programme, students receive a certificate from the university.
