This award is presented to the author(s) of the most significant article in IHRM. Publications may be empirically or non-empirically-based. Award recipients need not belong to the Academy of Management or to the HR Division. This award is sponsored by the Center for International Human Resource Studies, School of Labor and Employment Relations, Pennsylvania State University.
