The research focus of the chair includes long-term studies on psychological effects of unemployment, predisposition Cases of personal initiative and psychological success factors of entrepreneurs. Furthermore, he deals with training, especially error management training, leadership training and training for improvement of corporate success and personal initiative. Lastly, he dealt with studies on the cultural national and organizational factors, psychological success factors from entrepreneurs in developing countries (Africa, Latin America and Asia) , as well as with the topic innovation.
