Evaluation of Environmental Impacts in EIAs and SEAs - How to compare apples and oranges The evaluation of environmental impacts for the early consideration of environmental aspects has become one of the core functions of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs).
