Organisationsprofil

Die Professur für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Entrepreneurship, Organisation und Kultur beschäftigt sich mit ‚organizing practices‘ in der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft, wobei insbesondere der Einfluss des Raumes auf kreative Praktiken untersucht wird. In aktuellen und vorhergehenden Forschungsprojekten Coworking Spaces, ‚creative hubs‘ und Künstler*innenkollektive untersucht. Mit verstärktem Interesse auf Organisationsprozesse künstlerischer und kreativer Praktiken, bezieht sich die Forschung auf den communication-constitutes-organization (CCO) Ansatz sowie auf Einsichten aus der Akteur-Netzwerk-Theorie. Als aktives Mitglied der CCO-Community sowie der Entrepreneurship-as-Practice (EaP)-Community erstreckt sich ihre Zusammenarbeit und Forschung über nationale und wissenschaftliche Grenzen hinweg.
