We find that personality traits have direct and moderating effects on Career Decisiveness. The influence of the Big Five personality traits on Career Decisiveness differs in the three sample countries. The paper and its results point at the diverse career counseling needs not only for business students in different countries, but also for students with different personalities in these countries.
