Zur Bewältigung der geoökonomischen Herausforderungen der Gegenwart hat die Europäische Union das Konzept der Offenen Strategischen Autonomie entwickelt, welches insbesondere auf eine stärkere Widerstands- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit der Europäischen Union in der internationalen Gemeinschaft zielt. Doch was genau beutetet Offene Strategische Autonomie? Die Beantwortung dieser Frage beruht im Wesentlichen auf der Untersuchung der außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Instrumente der Europäischen Union und ihrem Zusammenspiel. Nachwuchswissenschaftler:innen und -praktiker:innen analysieren diese Instrumente sowie die theoretischen Grundlagen und Grenzen der Offenen Strategischen Autonomie im Mehrebenensystem.
