N2 - Wealth and poverty cannot be seen as direct results of globalisation, but of governance that frames the processes. In Mexico the most important structures of this framework are financial markets, international division of labour, regulation between main actors of society (government, parties, trade unions, etc.) and the structures of micro-regulation in private households.
