This publication sparked the idea of presenting Open Science not only from an academic perspective, but also in a lively and accessible book. In collaboration with the illustrators Johanna Benz and Tiziana Beck, and communication designer Stefan Werner, we’ve created a companion volume designed to invite you, as a researcher, educator, reviewer, or doctoral supervisor, to explore and engage with Open Science in the field of business research and beyond.
The result is a travel guide to what we call Open Science Land that is intended to inspire, provide guidance and encourage you to get involved with open science. It’s not a precise map of Open Science Land, but rather an abstract and playful portrayal, designed to be read with a wink and curiosity.
