This paper dealt with the drafting of international agreements and MOU’s for international cooperation, using the ISS Intergovernmental Agreement as a model to learn from. The presentation looked at items found in IGA and MOU and items left out in order to discuss ways to draft agreements more favorable for commercial entities.
