Description

Im Sommer 1999 wurden die Beschäftigten der Fachhochschule zur Zufriedenheit am Arbeitsplatz befragt. Der Fragenbogen und die Auswertung der Ergebnisse wurden von Frauenbeauftragter und Personalrat gemeinsam durchgeführt. Schwerpunkte der Befragung bildeten die Aspekte Informationsfluss, Teilzeitarbeit sowie Fort- und Weiterbildung.
