The project "Multilateral Scouting Processes for Innovation and Career" identifies and develops new scouting formats for the internal and external networking of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg under the scientific direction of Prof. Dr. Markus Reihlen, Institute for Management and Organization. The aim of the project is to create an innovation environment or career perspective by involving practice partners and stakeholders of the university (researchers, students, employees, alumni), which leads to a strengthening of the innovative power in the transition region.
