Die Bäckerei Schwichtenberg ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Bispingen. Um sich ein zusätzliches Standbein zu schaffen, möchte das Unternehmen einen Online-Vertrieb für die hauseigenen Backwaren etablieren. Im Rahmen der College-Studie sollen Erfolgsfaktoren für einen Online-Vertrieb von Brot und Kuchen identifiziert werden. Darauf aufbauend sollen Vorschläge erarbeitet werden, wie die potentielle Zielgruppe der qualitätsorientierten Kunden, die auf regionale Backwaren Wert legen und etwas Besonderes suchen, angesprochen werden kann. Dabei soll die Frage beantwortet werden, wie die hauseigene Marke der Bäckerei Schwichtenberg gezielt eingesetzt werden kann.
